Family support works best as an ongoing weekly plan, because family logistics are inherently recurring. A standing weekly session keeps the calendar current, gets the coming week confirmed, and clears the errands and follow-ups that accumulate.
Many families combine family support with household administration and meal planning in one weekly block — the three overlap constantly, and handling them together is more efficient than treating them as separate projects.
