Overview
Salt and Pine Household Management ("Salt and Pine," "we," or "us") provides household management, organization, errands, family logistics and home-coordination support across New Hampshire Seacoast and Southern Maine. By requesting a consultation, contacting us, or engaging Salt and Pine for services, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Consultations and quotes
Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any service plan, schedule or arrangement discussed during a consultation is personalized and confirmed directly with Chelsea Graham before work begins.
Scope of services
Salt and Pine provides household management and coordination services. It does not provide cleaning services, medical or nutrition advice, financial or legal advice, or licensed contracting work. When outside vendors or professionals are needed, Salt and Pine may help research, schedule or coordinate with them, but is not responsible for the work performed by independent third parties.
Scheduling and cancellations
Household-management services are scheduled to best meet the needs of each client. Morning, daytime, and evening appointments may be available depending on the personalized service plan. Services are typically provided Monday through Friday; however, weekend availability can be discussed. Scheduling changes and cancellations are handled directly between you and Chelsea with as much advance notice as possible.
Insurance
Salt and Pine Household Management is insured.
Confidentiality
Household details, schedules, documents and personal information shared with Salt and Pine are treated with discretion and are used only to provide the services you have requested.
