Household Management and Administration in the New Hampshire Seacoast
Household management is the administrative backbone of a home. It covers the appointments that need booking, the paperwork that needs filing, the returns that never make it to the post office, the quotes that need chasing, and the dozen small follow-ups that quietly decide whether a week runs smoothly.
Salt and Pine acts as a personal household assistant for that work. Chelsea Graham learns how your household actually operates — the standing commitments, the recurring deadlines, the preferences that matter — and then carries the day-to-day household administration so it stops living in your head.
Support is built around your household rather than a fixed package. Some families want a single weekly block for errands and scheduling. Others hand over the whole running list. Both are normal starting points, and the plan changes as your household does.
The same five tasks have been rolling forward on your list for a month.

How recurring weekly support works
Most households use this service through a recurring weekly plan, commonly in the range of four to twenty hours per week. Recurring support is what makes household administration genuinely useful: Chelsea already knows your systems, your preferences and what is outstanding, so nothing has to be re-explained each visit.
A typical rhythm is a standing weekly check-in on the running list, followed by a block of scheduling, errands and follow-up. Between visits, communication stays simple and direct, so you always know what is handled and what is next.

Frequently asked questions
Is household management the same as a cleaning service?
No. Salt and Pine does not provide house cleaning. Household management covers administration, planning, scheduling, organization, errands, coordination and follow-up — the work that surrounds a home rather than the cleaning of it.
Will you have access to my accounts or pay bills for me?
No. Chelsea can track due dates, organize statements and remind you when something needs attention, but she does not take over accounts or make payments on your behalf.
How much support do most households start with?
Weekly plans commonly range from about four to twenty hours per family. Many households start smaller, see what makes the biggest difference, and adjust from there.
Do you work in my home or remotely?
Both, depending on the task. Scheduling, research, follow-up and paperwork can happen remotely, while organization, errands and in-home administration happen on site.
What happens to information about my household?
Discretion is central to this work. Household details, schedules and documents are handled carefully and shared only as needed to carry out the support you have asked for.
